Report on Fan Detection and Dynamic Balance of a Tin-Makou Co., Ltd.

        2019-09-17
<p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"></span></p><p>1. Background introduction</p><p>On March 15, 2011, technical service engineer of Foshan Zhengda Electrical and Mechanical Bearing Co., Ltd. collected vibration data of fan and made dynamic balance on site in a tinplate Co., Ltd.</p><p>2. Measuring Instruments</p><p>Data collector: SKF data acquisition analyzer CMXA 70. Infrared phase sensor: CMSS 6155W</p><p>Analysis software: SKF@ptitude Analyst</p><p>3. Layout of measuring points and direction of measurement</p><p>The schematic diagram of the motor and the fan is shown in Fig. 1, and the position of the measuring point is shown in Fig. 2. The vibration velocity and acceleration envelope values of bearing 1 and bearing 2 at corresponding positions were measured by SKF data acquisition and analysis instrument.</p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"></span><br/></p><p><img src="http://web.zhengda.win8.wantsun.com.cn:888/ueUpload/20190917/1568702577105255.jpg" title="1568702577105255.jpg"/></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"></span></p><p>4. Spectrum data at bearing 1 of fan before dynamic balance</p><p>4.1 The spectrum of horizontal vibration detected at bearing 1 is shown in figure 3.</p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">。</span><br/></p><p><img src="http://web.zhengda.win8.wantsun.com.cn:888/ueUpload/20190917/1568702577258621.jpg" title="1568702577258621.jpg"/></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">4.2 Vertical vibration spectrum detected at bearing 1, as shown in Fig. 4</span></p><p><img src="http://web.zhengda.win8.wantsun.com.cn:888/ueUpload/20190917/1568702577115944.jpg" title="1568702577115944.jpg"/></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">4.3 Axial direction vibration spectrum detected at bearing 1, as shown in Fig. 5</span></p><p><img src="http://web.zhengda.win8.wantsun.com.cn:888/ueUpload/20190917/1568702577742255.jpg" title="1568702577742255.jpg"/></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"></span></p><p>5. Test data report (comparison of vibration test data before and after dynamic balancing)</p><p>See Table 1.</p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"></span><br/></p><p><img src="http://web.zhengda.win8.wantsun.com.cn:888/ueUpload/20190917/1568702577379540.jpg" title="1568702577379540.jpg"/></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"></span></p><p>7. Machine information and speed</p><p>Vibration spectrum analysis is a powerful tool for condition monitoring. However, the accuracy of spectrum analysis will be greatly weakened when the key information of the machine (such as bearing type and manufacturer, type of coupling, number of gear teeth, etc.) and rotational speed are unknown, as well as the maintenance history of the equipment is unknown. Before collecting vibration data, it is suggested that the factory inform the reliability engineers of Foshan Zhengda Electrical and Mechanical Bearing Co., Ltd. of the necessary information so that they can make more accurate analysis and judgment of the operation status of the equipment.</p><p><br/></p>
